Carly is a Grade 8 student at our school. Her sister Emilee is in Grade 7. I write this with the permission of both girls and their mom and dad, Cindy and Gregg. In December of last year, Carly was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma.

School Council Minutes for January are now posted under the School Council link. 

The new mission statement for School Council was decided at the last meeting. 

" John McCrae School Council is committed to supporting an engaging bilingual learning environment in a positive, safe and inclusive school community.  We strongly encourage parent involvement and celebrate diversity."

 

 

Our knitting club is growing and we are in need of yarn! If you have any extra yarn, we can put it to great use!  Thanks for your help.

September 2011 brought a great deal of change to John McCrae Public School. As we begin a new year, I would like to thank all our families, students and staff for the patience, trust and commitment they have demonstrated during the past four months. Every single one of us has experienced some form of change in the past year and many of us have learned the meaning of the word resiliency.
