Contacting Staff
When you wish to speak to a teacher, please call the school office at 519-925-3745. The secretary will take your name and telephone number and the teacher will contact you as soon as it is convenient. If an immediate response is necessary, inform the secretary of the urgent nature of your call. Please do not go directly to the classroom. This is a safety issue for our students.
Visiting the school
Parents are always welcome; however, please respect the teacher's job to teach and the student's job to learn. You may not think you are interrupting, but for most students, it takes very little to disrupt a learning opportunity. Parents and other visitors are asked to use the main/front entrance when arriving at school as well as signing in at the office. As the welfare of the students is a constant priority, we are wary of unauthorized persons in our building. If you wish to spend some time in a classroom, we would ask that you make arrangements with the teacher in advance.
