Funds raised by Brisbane's Parent Council are used to sponsor initiatives and run programs such as the Silver Birch, Little Saplings and Blue Spruce Reading Program, to purchase portable overhead screens/audiovisual equipment, to support the construction and maintenance of primary playground repairs, to repair and maintain the large school sign in front of the school, to purchase choir sweaters and to assist in providing the fresh snack program, to name a few of the extras. All of our children (English and French Immersion streams) benefit immensely from the little extras that are not covered by the School Board.
FUNDSCRIP Grocery/Restaurant/Retail/Gas Cards
"Consider purchasing grocery (Valumart, Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore, Foodland, Sobeys) cards all year long through Fundscrip". Ordering a Fundscrip grocery/retail/gas card is a quick and easy process. All Fundscrip orders are made on-line at www.fundscrip.com. Payment can be made by cash or Cheque (payable to "Brisbane School Council" and delivered to the school office), or by credit card or electronic funds transfer (submitted on-line at the time of your order). Fundscrip grocery/restaurant/clothing/gas cards can be ordered and received twice/month. Just follow these simple instructions:
- Go to www.fundscrip.com
- If you are already a member (i.e. you've already placed an order), click on "Log in" on the bottom of the page.
- If you are not a member (i.e. you haven't yet placed an order), click on "Supporters" and follow the icons to Join.
- When prompted to "Select your Group" please search for and select Brisbane P.S.
- Shop!
- When prompted, select a payment method.
- Pick up your Fundscrip Cards at The Erin Toybox every other Thursday after 1:00 pm.
