Members of the James McQueen Public School community enjoy a rich academic and arts heritage celebrated through our diverse vocal, instrumental and integrated scholastic programs in both official languages of our country. In a spirit of constructive self expression and academic excellence honouring our patron James McQueen, first schoolmaster in Fergus and once known as "the best educated man north of the Niagara River", our students explore many opportunities to express their learning, discoveries and understanding in a variety of media, venues and modes of communication.
